Dear customers,

When placing an order, please select the delivery option that is most convenient for you and specify it in your request. After receiving and paying the invoice, please send us an authorization letter using the attached sample forms. This simple procedure helps us ship the ordered products quickly and correctly.

Delivery options and payment terms

1. Pickup from Serpukhov, Moscow Region

The customer receives the products independently on the basis of its own M-2 power of attorney form, or independently arranges a carrier and provides in advance an SM-1 authorization letter for that carrier. The carrier receives the products at the supplier's warehouse and provides a receipt or another document confirming acceptance of the cargo for transportation.

Ownership of the products passes from the supplier to the customer at the moment the products are handed over at the supplier's warehouse.

2. Delivery by the supplier's vehicle to the customer's warehouse

When issuing the invoice, the cost of delivery to the customer's warehouse (consignee) is calculated and included in the product price according to the transport services price list of NPP FOLTER LLC.

Service area: Moscow and the Moscow Region only.

The customer (consignee) receives the products at its warehouse on the basis of an M-2 power of attorney form. Products may be received without a power of attorney if the delivery note is signed by the head of the organization or an authorized representative and stamped with the official company seal.

Ownership of the products passes from the supplier to the customer at the moment the products are handed over at the customer's warehouse.

3. Delivery by the supplier's vehicle to the carrier terminal in Moscow

When issuing the invoice, the cost of delivery from Serpukhov, Moscow Region, to the carrier terminal in Moscow is calculated and included in the product price.

Carriers (transport companies): Delovye Linii LLC, PEK-Yug LLC, ZhelDorEkspeditsiya-M LLC.

The customer (consignee) provides in advance a TK-1 authorization letter for the carrier to receive the cargo, specifying the name and address of the carrier terminal and the number and date of the invoice for the manufactured products.

Important: without an authorization letter, products are not transported to the carrier terminal in Moscow.

After the supplier's vehicle delivers the products to the carrier terminal in Moscow, the carrier provides the supplier with a receipt or another document confirming acceptance of the cargo and notifies the customer (consignee) that the cargo is ready for onward shipment to the customer's warehouse.

Ownership of the products passes from the supplier to the customer at the moment the products are handed over at the carrier terminal in Moscow.

The customer independently pays for transportation services from the carrier terminal in Moscow to its warehouse located in any region of the Russian Federation. When receiving the cargo, the customer must provide the carrier with a power of attorney.

4. Delivery by the supplier's vehicle to the carrier terminal in Moscow, then by carrier to the terminal in the customer's city

When issuing the invoice, the cost of delivery from Serpukhov to the carrier terminal in Moscow and from the Moscow terminal to the terminal in the customer's city (consignee) is calculated and included in the product price, except for Moscow and settlements in the Moscow Region.

Carriers (transport companies): Delovye Linii LLC, PEK-Yug LLC, ZhelDorEkspeditsiya-M LLC.

After the supplier's vehicle delivers the products to the carrier terminal in Moscow, the carrier provides the supplier with a receipt or another document confirming acceptance of the cargo. The carrier then delivers the cargo from the Moscow terminal to the terminal in the customer's city (consignee) and notifies the customer (consignee) that the cargo is ready for collection from that terminal.

The customer independently receives the cargo from the carrier terminal. When receiving the cargo, the customer must provide the carrier with a power of attorney.

Ownership of the products passes from the supplier to the customer at the moment the products are handed over at the carrier terminal in the customer's city.

5. Delivery by the supplier's vehicle to the carrier terminal in Moscow, then by carrier to the customer's warehouse

When issuing the invoice, the cost of delivery from Serpukhov to the carrier terminal in Moscow and from that terminal to the customer's warehouse (consignee) in any region of the Russian Federation, including Moscow and the Moscow Region, is calculated and included in the product price.

Carriers (transport companies): Delovye Linii LLC, PEK-Yug LLC, ZhelDorEkspeditsiya-M LLC.

The supplier's vehicle delivers the products to the carrier terminal in Moscow. The carrier then delivers the cargo to the customer's warehouse (consignee). When receiving the cargo, the customer must provide the carrier with a power of attorney.

Acceptance of the products and transfer of ownership take place at the customer's warehouse (consignee).

6. Delivery from Serpukhov, Moscow Region, to the customer's warehouse by carrier

When issuing the invoice, the cost of delivery by carrier from the supplier's warehouse in Serpukhov, Moscow Region, to the customer's warehouse (consignee) located in any region of the Russian Federation is calculated and included in the product price.

The carrier is selected depending on the delivery destination and cargo parameters.

The carrier delivers the cargo to the customer's warehouse (consignee). When receiving the cargo, the customer must provide the carrier with a power of attorney.

Acceptance of the products and transfer of ownership take place at the customer's warehouse (consignee).
